This is a new discipline, consisting in cooperation with people who want to achieve their goals. Life coaching makes you think, concentrate on the future, and maximize your customer’s potential. During the session coachee is working on their strengths and potential. It is extremely important to understand the difference between the coach, consultant, trainer, mentor and therapist. Life coaching does not give you advice, does not analyze your past, or help you reduce your pain or trauma, but extract the best features of a customer.
The coach accompanies you during your journey, but does not follow your path, and does not show you the direction – you have to do it by yourself. The customer is an expert of their own life and knows what is the best for them.
